Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders within 5-7 business days. Please note that custom photo items require additional processing time as each piece is personalized just for you.

Shipping Times:

• Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days after processing
• Express Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing

Custom Orders: Because each piece is made to order with your photo, please allow 5-7 business days for creation before shipping begins.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Shipping: We currently ship to USA, Candan, UK, Germany, Italy and many other countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
